• Warranty
For products with manufacturing defects, GOAT USA EXPRESS Store offers a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery. If the product proves to be defective within this period, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we have assessed and confirmed that the defect is manufacturing related, we will either send you a new identical product or issue a voucher for the value of the product, at the customer's option.
• Damage Caused by Transportation of the Product
In the case of products damaged during transport, we will bear the cost of returning the product. In this situation, the customer can choose between receiving a voucher for the value of the damaged product or a new identical product.
• Refund
GOAT USA EXPRESS Shop offers refunds for products returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. The cost of return is borne by the customer. To request a refund, the customer must contact GOAT USA EXPRESS Shop and provide the order number, the name of the product and the reason for the return. After receiving the returned product, GOAT USA EXPRESS Shop will check its condition. If the product is in good condition, the refund will be processed within 20 working days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. GOAT USA EXPRESS Store does not offer refunds for damaged or defective products, customized or custom made products or products sold by third parties.
