• Conditions of Purchase
GOAT USA EXPRESS Store products are sold to any person who meets the applicable age and legal capacity requirements. The products of the GOAT USA EXPRESS Shop are subject to availability. The GOAT USA EXPRESS Shop reserves the right to change the prices of the products at any time and without notice. The Buyer undertakes to pay the price of the purchased products, together with the shipping costs, if any. The Buyer undertakes to provide valid contact and payment data. • Delivery Conditions
The products of the GOAT USA EXPRESS Shop are delivered to the Buyer's address by courier. The delivery time is 15 working days from the date of order confirmation. The Buyer undertakes to accept the delivery of the products and services.
• Returns
The GOAT USA EXPRESS Store offers refunds for products returned within 7 calendar days of delivery. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. To request a refund, the customer must contact the GOAT USA EXPRESS Store and provide the order number, product name and reason for the return. After receiving the returned product, the GOAT USA EXPRESS Store will check its status. If the product is in good condition, the refund will be processed within 20 business days. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. The GOAT USA EXPRESS Store does not offer refunds for damaged or defective products, personalized or made to order or sold by third parties.
• Warranties
The products offered by the GOAT USA EXPRESS Store have a 30 days warranty as from the delivery date. It covers the possible manufacturing defects that can appear in the products. To activate the warranty, the Buyer will have to contact the GOAT USA EXPRESS team at the e-mail address provided.
• Civil Responsibility
The Shop GOAT USA EXPRESS will not be held responsible for the losses or damages suffered by the Buyer, except in case of negligence or willful misconduct on the part of GOAT USA EXPRESS itself.
